Camembert & Cranberry Burger

Cranberries

Ingredients:

6              Stetsons heart-shaped Chicken burger patties

6              Bread rolls

1              Camembert Cheese, sliced

100ml    Cranberry sauce (can use tinned cranberries, heated)

50           Rocket

Freshly ground salt & black pepper, to taste

 

Method:

Fry the burger patties, set aside and keep warm.

Slice and butter the bread rolls

Place a Stetsons Burger patty on each bottom half, followed by slices of Camembert cheese.

Finish off with a table spoon of warm cranberry sauce and a handful of rocket.

 

Serve with a fresh side salad
