Apple Chicken Salad

Chicken and Apple Salad


170 g cooked chicken, cubed
60 ml chopped apple
120 ml thinly sliced celery
30 ml raisins
80 ml Italian dressing (or your favourite)
10 ml brown sugar
nuts (to sprinkle)


1. In a medium bowl, gently stir together, chicken, apple, celery and raisins.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together, dressing and brown sugar, pour over chicken mixture.
3. Toss gently to coat.
4. Serve on lettuce leaves, sprinkle nuts of your choice over.
